Open Fire cooking is a way to return to the Earth, using primitive elements. We are passionate about cooking the way humans have for 1000s of years. When you come to a Hang, you feel the primal energy of the past. We have coined our signature event “The Hang.” It’s an hours-long tasting menu fire experience. Every event comes with a curated live fire display. Services include:
