Our classic menus are a great place to start the conversation and then can tailor menus based on your preferences and level of culinary adventurousness.

+ Do you do weddings?

+ Do you cater to food allergies and preferences?

Definitely. We always make sure there are fire-kissed options for every guest.

+ Is there a minimum/maximum amount of people you cook for?

Nope! Although we generally recommend groups of at least 10 people to make it worth the experience.

Our standard wedding size is 80-120 and we love those. We can do parties up to and above 500!

+ Can you cook anywhere?

Yes. We have cooked in cement courtyards (we have metal risers the fire goes on); and on the side of cliffs (we pack in and out).

Your venue doesn't have a kitchen? No problem. We cook everything on the fire.

+ Are we going to eat on time? What if it rains?

We usually ask for a 15-20 minute window in case of inclimate weather but we start early in the morning so everything is ready to go.

Rain is just another obsticle of the elements that makes fire cooking unique. We can (and have) cooked in downpours. As long as the guests have cover to eat and be comfortable, don't worry about us. We have tricks up our sleeves.

+ Do you travel?

Of course! Open Fire Co loves a road trip. We have done Hangs and collaborations on three continents and several U.S. States. We also aim to use local ingredients and prodcue wherever we go.

+ I'd like a full immersion experience, do you work with other vendors?

Yes. We collaborate with all types of farms, purveyors and specialists to create magical spaces with styling and immagination.

We've built relationships with wine bars, botanical companies, biodynamic farms, and oyster growers.
